The computer was broken and incomplete. I had parts from 3 different computers. Didnt even come on when I first started. Run for the hills!!!

I didn't even have my computer 4 months when it quit working. The fan went crazy sounding like a turbo jet taking off and then the screen went blank. I wrote them and told them but got no response back would not recommend to anybody. What a waste of money.

Bought 3 computers. One quit working right away but past the 30 days so it would cost me as much as buying a new one for them to look at it. I will definitely just go to Walmart next time. I use them to homeschool my kids and they are important.

The laptop that I purchased when received was sent with a bad charger. I had to purchase a new charger because the one sent would not charge the battery. the charger sent was a third party charger and Dell will not accept third party.

Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. This is why we have ordered multiple time with this company. Excellent service and products.

I got the desk top didn’t las more than a month and came black screen only mouse can move. Call the costumer service they told me we can’t fix it for you you buy it as is. But before I bought it they told me they will stay behind any problems No promises were kept.

Originally everything went well. Computer works great,however I received the wrong cords, I emailed them and asked for the correct ones and the shipped them. I got them being excited and AGAIN the wrong cords! At this point I'm frustrated because I needed the computer for work and still can't use it! I emailed them again with pictures to show what I need and what was sent, they said they'd look into it and send the correct wires. Here we are 4 months later, still nothing. I emailed them again and they said they apologize and would look into it and let me know within 48 business hours, this was a month ago and I still haven't heard anything back!

Great computer. Only issue is, it constantly wants to upgrade but doesn't complete due to a hard drive issue.

I would like to see a better picture of the information on the computer.Serial and Model numbers are hard to understand

My computer have a indention on the screen from the tower also I computer stop working I call the company they want to charge me 36 dollars to return the item for repairs at the time didn't have the money so I'm screwed also the keyboard was mouse was very cheap items also I received my computer with items missing had to call them and let them know what was missing I shouldn't had to. they received the full price so I should receive the best service

Received an excellent refurbished Mac desktop! No issues yet!

The keyboard and the mouse it paper cheap. The computer makes noise but the monitor is fine. I wish I would have gotten a 19" monitor. I will never buy a secondhand computer online again. Also, the graphics is weak.
