I ordered a computer from them and received a shipping notification. The computer was never shipped and I sent 4 emails and left multiple voicemails (you can't get anyone on the phone) and they never responded. It has been 3 weeks since my order and no product or response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I disputed the charge and moving on but WOW this company is obviously overseas and is completely unethical.

These guys are the best. They have the best customer service I have ever seen. My original order had an issue, and they went over and above to see that it was rectified to my satisfaction. discount computer depot is all around by far the best place to get quality refurbished electronics they employ a number of great sales representative that are very knowledgeable And take their customer service very seriously. I will definitely be buying all my future computers from this company shipping is fast and packaged very considerate and professionally. Taylor helped me from start to finish and it was amazing how knowledgeable and helpful he was.

Ordered 3 computer from this company for Christmas to help two of my boys and my nephew do virtual schooling easier. All three computers are broken. Two won’t connect to WiFi, sound doesn’t work, computer takes forever to turn on. Overall these are crappy computers and we should have known that for the price but because they were for children I thought they would be good enough!!! The main reason for this review is because Of the call I made to Walmart to return the computer or to have them repaired. Walmart was the third party seller so they connected me with this company discount computer depot so they could assist me. I asked about the return policy and was told they only have it for 30 days which is weird in the middle of a pandemic especially when it Took that long to even get the computer but that’s just fine, their policy is their policy. I then asked how to I have them repaired and If i can I send them back to be repaired. The rep replied that they would set me up on a call to troubleshoot the computers. One computer is in a different location and besides that my computer nerd husband troubleshoot them already on the phone with someone else so I said I do not want to do that again the computers are broken I would like them fixed or a refund and was told to call Walmart back then. Now that doesn’t sound too bad right? No! So why did I get an email 10 minutes after ended the call saying suggested trouble shoot for customer, customer was rude, will not assist! I’m confused because I was not rude, the rep was all but whispering on the phone so I guess asking him a few times to repeat his self was rude??! Horrible customer service and a horrible way to handle a situation he obviously had no clue how to handle!! Will NEVER try getting discount computer EVER again!!!

I purchased a computer from Walmart Shipped by Discount Computer and I had a problem figuring out about why my second monitor wasn't working I went on the help desk and A great guy name Jesse help me he had great customer service very kind and he told me not to worry he will ship me the correct cable to make it work very pleased with Jesse he has great customer service skills 👍

TERRIBLE!!! Don’t ever buy from this company...liars, cheats!!! The machine doesn’t work at all. I bought it as a Christmas gift in November, didn’t open and build it until Christmas. Now 18 days after I opened it, they refuse to replace or refund my money. I bought through Walmart too!! You will NEVER get to speak to anyone on the phone, they just leave you on hold for 20 minutes and disconnect the call. They suck!

The computer was ordered through walmart.com. It arrived with a faulty video card. It went out intermittently each week but was useable because we did not understand it was an issue with the computer and thought it was the monitor. After replacing the monitor at our own cost, the computer continued to not work. We contacted the company for a replacement or refund and they absolutely refuse to repair, replace, or refund our computer.

They never sent me a computer monitor and simply said I didn't order it. After I proved that I did they stop responding. If you have had similar experiences report them to the FTC and the BBB. This is the best way to get companies like this shut down.

I ordered a laptop from this company and received one of the oldest and outdated laptops ever. Aside from that, the laptop would not accept a charge and it would not turn on. I reached out to them and they sent me a return label for a refund. I immediately returned the laptop and it has already been 1 entire month and they will not refund me. I have called several times. Most of the time, the phone is busy or it will prompt me to leave a message. No one will ever return my phone call. At this point, I do believe they have stolen my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not have even rated them a 1, but it was the lowest score available.

Ordered an i5, received an i3. Desktop monitor is the oldest they had in stock with scratches, the tower itself has a broken chipped piece off tie DELL logo. I was unable to log in and use the computer as administrator and had to reset and reinstall windows to be able to even do this (but it should have been ready to use "out of the box" like the site describes...) I was informed they check their equipment before it's shipped out, but they clearly don't or I would have received what I paid for. They offered me a 30 dollar refund but what good is that when I need the computer I ordered? offered to send this one back if they send me the computer they order as I've read feedback on ebay (where I purchased it from) that they do NOT issue refunds upon return and I am not chasing down my money!!! filed a dispute. Still no response from the seller. Also like everyone else, customer service is next to non existent. How hard is it to reply to emails when you're actively updating and editing your listings? I have also provided proof that this tower was not what was ordered. Very disappointed... feel scammed and ripped off. Also the keyboard they issued with the order was broken. The clips in the back that usually heighten the keyboard a bit were not there, and the mouse is hard to use and stiff.
