Each purchase I have made seems to be plagued with the absent of the software key. They say the sent it, but it's not in my spam or anywhere. Finally I do get it When they send a second time.

I purchased the Microsoft Office 2016 software for around $70 and received a download link. I entered the product key and everything seemed to work fine until I actually opened Microsoft office and received an activation popup window. Basically, it said that the activation key had already been used the maximum number of times. I contacted the company and they sent me a new key. Same problem. I'm waiting for a new key, but I'm pretty sure I've just been scammed. Hoping that this review will help other people to avoid being taken advantage of. (Am simply looking for a place to buy a legitimate older version of Microsoft office and thought that DirectDeals would be trustworthy since they claim to be a Microsoft partner, but alas they are not). UPDATE: September 16, 2019 It took a couple of tries but now I finally have a working activation key. Am satisfied with my Microsoft Office 2013.
