I worked with Keith. He was a very gregarious and extremely knowledgeable about your products. The download went well with one small issue. After the download you have to look carefully as the choice to load the key is faint. It should be the top choice highlighted vs. being second in dimmer font. Could be my eyes.
Tech support went out of their way to help me. I had to leave a message (didn't think I would hear back) AND they called me back. I was shocked. And I could understand them as they were in America. I have difficulty with some accents, unfortunately, so that's important to me. I digress... I HIGHLY recommend them. My purchase was in 2016! 2016! He helped me like I just made my purchase!
