I was cautious at first. At my first order after making a payment my phone rang immediately. ??. DirectDeals support confirming your order of software license...? Yes, I responded. A few years ago, I purchased new software from DirectDeals (MS Project Professional). It was substantially less expensive then buying from MicroSoft directly. I had a slight issue with the product key they sent - but it was quickly resolved and everything worked great. Fast forward to today, and I needed to download the software to a new laptop. I had all sorts of issues with MicroSoft (they have the worst customer service EVER). Via chat, I contacted DirectDeals and they sent me a new product code and link directly from their site that worked perfectly. Thank goodness. I really appreciate that they stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service.

I have been using Direct Deals for years now and even have my own account. Whenever I have an issue they resolve it very quickly with no problems. I had a purchase that was a few years old and they even helped me there when I installed it on a new computer.
I was sent a non-functioning key for Office Home and Student. Customer support was quick to rectify the problem, but, in doing so, they sent me a key for Office Professional and now I have extra software that is taking up space on my computer and that I will never use. On the other hand, at least I can move this package to a new computer when the time comes.
