Easy and excellent service. Text received from company as soon as plane landed with instructions and a link to press to let them know when we were ready to be collected. They gave us plate number, car model and name of driver and location of collection. Our driver, (Sikander), was very helpful, courteous, and we had a very 'calm' drive from the airport to hotel. Wonderful service! Great company.

By coincidence, we had the same driver we had a month previously. He recognized us immediately, helped us get in the car, and took us home safely. He was extremely personable, speaking to us when we wanted, otherwise letting us rest after a tiring evening.

When I ordered my car, I specifically told them I had asthma and I needed a car that did not have any perfume or even one of those little Christmas trees hanging from the rearview mirror. The car came so loaded with perfume, i had to use my rescue inhaler andwe had to drive in 21° weather with the windows down all the way to the airport. I wasn’t even dressed appropriately because I was going to Florida. So I just had on a light jacket and I was freezing. This had happened once before and I couldn’t ride in the car and the driver just left me in the middle of the street with my suitcase. I did not want to have that same experience so I went with the windows open. When we got to the airport, the systems were down and the driver could not charge me. After 10 minutes standing in the cold weather, I finally said I had to go. I dealt with paying the company as I was trying to get through the TSA. I received a credit for the tip I left the Driver. I did not feel either issue was the driver‘s fault. I wrote the customer service department to see what they would do for me besides returning the tip and they never even acknowledged my email. How to improve? Make sure the car doesn’t have a chemical that could send me to the hospital with an asthma attack and have customer service give service to the customer.
Like that they know who I am…. Have never used for in city pick up was a pleasure… driver very polite .. same price as cab or Uber
