Ride was fine but I have put in that we were landing at Terminal B, somehow they had terminal C and the driver kept asking if we were ready for pick up even though we had just landed and weren’t at the gate, our flight was 30 min early. Not the best communication

Jaspreet was in touch with me well before his arrival, and we met exactly as planned. He helped load my bag in the car; a friendly moment of introduction, and we were off. The trip to LaGuardia was quick and easy. Again he helped with my bag and wished me a good day. 5 stars.
