Our logo & web site are all we hoped for and more. Communication and responses were prompt. Prices were fair. They are not up front, maybe because we did not ask and did not know what to ask, so do your research regarding things such as copy rights, domains etc. They will give you honest answers. We are very pleased and would use them for any future projects.
My name is Tom Cerniello, and I am the owner and founder of totalbusinessbrokers.com. Recently, I had our website revamped and modernized. The entire team, including Kevin, Brian, and Emily, was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout the process. The final result is a stunning website, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their website. If you need a reference, feel free to contact me at 631-495-0253. Once again, I highly endorse this company.
I purchased a custom golf logo design service from DesignsPedia on February 7, but the design quality was far below expectations, and your company failed to honor the “satisfaction guaranteed or refund” policy. The three revision attempts showed no substantial improvement: • First attempt: Out of five designs, four were AI-generated, and the remaining one was simply by existing company logo. • Second attempt: Only a basic presentation of my hand-drawn sketch, lacking professionalism. • Third attempt: No significant improvement from the previous versions. I requested a refund multiple times but received only one response, in which your company claimed that the design was based on my hand drawing and asked me to review the refund policy. After that, there was no further reply. More concerningly, when I checked the bank transaction details, I found that the contact phone number provided by your company was invalid. I later discovered through Google Maps that DesignsPedia is actually an overseas company but uses a U.S. phone number to communicate with customers, which is deceptive. I also want to remind everyone to carefully verify the background of design companies before making a purchase to avoid being scammed.
I have found Designspedia to be knowledgeable , professional and timely. I have requested the date for my website to go live be adjusted to March 31th, 2025. I had discussed this last week and things are going along at a great pace. The delays are mine.
The reason my experience was great is because the whole team worked for me, Emily was My go to person. The one who contacted me, looked after me, Anything that I needed…any changes she went to the design team with it, her and Mark made sure everything was to my liking. I actually have three logos that the team created for me so I’m kind of partial to Design Zone!!! Emily also helped and was very sympathetic to my personal situation that I went through and always extended a kind word and allowed me to take my time to work out whatever situation I was going through her compassion, even though we’ve never met Emily made me feel like we’ve known each other for a long time. They’re not just someone across state, but they’re actually family who has genuine concern for me and my family!!! Not just that if there was anything financial that I couldn’t do she always helped me figure out a way to make it possible. I would recommend her to anyone and I will continue to work with her in the future. You guys have a great asset in Emily. You should be very proud.!!!!
The website Designpedia developed for my company was extremely impressive. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Emily Robinson in coordinating the various aspects of development. Designpedia far exceeded my expectations.
I strongly advise against using this company. They require an upfront payment of $200, but later demand an additional $450 before delivering the full package. If you refuse to pay, they withhold the remaining materials. Furthermore, if you attempt to use the logos you initially paid for, they threaten legal action. Save your money and choose a reputable company instead.
My website turned out to be great and successful. It took A little bit longer than expected But the end result It was great. I asked for a few changes to be made to my satisfaction there was no argument and it was done and very successful I would recommend this website building company to all that come across this page
Professional wor ethics. Designer is always in touch to make sure all problems are resolved.
They did great! I was annoying And they made changes for me a few times and made sure I was completely satisfied
Designs Pedia has been absolutely phenomenal to work with! Our logo is beautiful. Their communication is excellent. There are some processes that are a little lengthy, but I am more concerned with the quality of the work they provide and they definitely take their time to give you exactly what you are asking for! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We recommend them to everyone. Wonderful company!
Very easy to work with, will have other projects done in future
Wonderfully logo very profecional,thanks
After many back and forths with Neil B at Designspedia (9/20/23 through 10/24/23), they did not produce what I asked for (they didn't pay close attention to everything I described). When it became clear they were never going to give me what I was asking for, I asked for a refund, which they refused. I disputed the charge on my card. Only then did they finally take time to really listen to what I wanted, and finally produced something I was happy with, so I allowed them to re-charge me. Then they employed super high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to buy a bunch of legal protections for my logo that I didn't need. Fast forward a year to today (December 2024), and it turns out I never needed to use the logo. Not a single human being on Earth other than me and Designspedia has actually seen the logo. And yet I got an email that was from info at designspedia.com saying that "it has come to their attention" from the "Global Copyright Registration Office" that a logo registration has been registered "which mirrors the design we have on record." So evidently, the legal protection they try to sell you is really to protect you from themselves. If such a thing has happened, which I doubt (pretty sure they're making the whole thing up), they are the only other people on the planet who had a copy of my logo. I already reported them to the FTC, and I hope others do the same. The person who runs this company doesn't just deserve to go out of business, he should go to jail.
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Boyd Joe from Designs Pedia over the phone, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment the call began, I felt valued and heard. Boyd was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. They provided clear and detailed information about their services, making it easy to see how we could work together effectively. Their professionalism and enthusiasm for their business truly shone through. I left the call excited about the potential collaboration and confident in their capabilities. I've signed up, and we're off to a great start! I'm excited to see how they perform. The Agancy, Inc Owner Lora Brown
Great Designs and Customer service Fast turn around, tech support is great. Will recommend to businesses and friends
Designspedia's folks promptly sent me a design, which I approved and had already paid for. However, when it came time to send the files, they did not. When we spoke a second time, they sent a file that, unbeknownst to me, was watermarked with their company logo, making it unusable for my business. Their representative attempted to upsell me on copyrighting services for the logo, which I said was totally unnecessary and unwanted. When I later discovered the watermarks and asked for the unwatermarked file, they told me they had already erased the original and would need to charge me a second time to redesign it. While I was slow in asking for a corrected file (I had archived it for use later and returned to it after 3 months and discovered the problem), they never sent me what I paid for in the first place and then refused to make it right.
SCAM! Don't use them! We paid them $1000 for a logo, website and a few other services. I had to go back to them to readjust the logo at least 10 times. I ended up creating the logo myself and they only gave me all the files. I gave up on the website design which was HORRIBLE. They have no real designers in this company. Everything they created was super out dated and horrible quality. All we wanted was a simple 1-page website and they were not able to properly create one. We went back and forth at least 10 times as well when I just decided to create one myself on carrd.co. With no design experience whatsoever, I was able to create a small landing page for $50. They lie saying that they are located in Illinois, which they are clearly not. None of the employees speak proper English and you can barely understand them. They are definitely located in Asia somewhere. There's also some very detailed complains in the Better Business Bureau you can check to confirm that this "company" is nothing but a SCAM.
Great logo happy with fast efficient service but unhappy with hidden fees and extra charges that were not discussed before hand.
Honestly, I would not trust these people and this company. Mere logos are one things, but to ever trust them with paying them to host a domain (where they would have the authority over it), I just would not do. At first I was set with one person as the project manager, and then months later, a different man claims to be the same guy, but clearly different on the phone. I've had various experiences with them where the cost was one fee, but would increase after I paid the first installment. Further, I am almost positive that what I paid for trademark/copyright was absolutely fake. As my website is being hosted on their server, I am concerned that it is going to be taken down all of the sudden after all the time and money I invested into building it. The website itself looks good, but the issue now is changing/updating anything on it. I also had another issue come up and their solution was to fix the issue, to charge me an exorbitant amount of money. So in part, they give you a product/service, but they actually scam you by not being competely honest and transparent and start asking for more money. Because of this, I would recommend staying very far away from this company. Who knows where their HQs are and what the deal wtih them really is.. I just get a very uneasy feeling about this company and all my time and money that went into building my website could be gone in a second or held at ransom and if I don't pay, then maybe forced to if I want my website working, fixed, etc.
