I will never use Fiverr for my Logo again... I will never use Fiverr for my Logo, Stationary, social Media or Flyers again. Designs Pedia is the one stop shop for all you need to take your business to the next level, i told chris what i needed and the way it should look, its great they listen to you as it only took one revision and i have an outstanding logo ready for my business and stationary needs. Look no further this is the best place for your needs.

Most my collaboration was with Frank Foster and I found Frank very intense in listening to what I was wanting to do with the picture I gave them to work from. He gave me several tips on how to approach my laser project as far as the best material to make my project to stand out. I have been doing laser engraving and cutting a little over a year and needed a design team I could rely on to further my goals. Frank and Design Pedia will be my go too person and company in all my design work. Hoping next time I can give them a little mor to work off of for starters, exiting on engraving my project to how it comes out. Thank you Frank and the team.

The 5 star ratings about this company is in house. Run! do not contact this people for any reason. This site is run by some Indians in India. Don't fall for the American number they use to call you or you use to reach them. They defrauded me of my money. I contacted them for a basic website design job. They quoted $399. Their price was above average, but because the asked me to make a down payment of $99 for them to start the job, I paid. the sent a mockup which was not fantastic, I started making corrections. After a few corrections, they demanded I pay additional $450. I asked why, they said for them to get to the next stage of the design and then told it was the last payment after I had reminded them my balance was supposed to be $300. After back and forth, I paid the $450, the following day they demanded another $700 saying it was for my domain name that I was the one that was supposed to provide a domain name for them. I refused to pay the amount. When to godaddy.com and paid for a domain name and gave to them to work with, they refused to work with the domain name I gave them unless I pay $450 that google was requesting I pay it. At that point, I realized they were fraud. They will lure you with a little down payment, and then continually bill you until you give up or pay arm and leg for service that is supposed to cost way cheaper!

I wish I could give a lower rating than one star. The entire process was incredibly drawn out, taking weeks to finalize a logo that I was only moderately satisfied with, as the design concepts lacked originality and were essentially variations on the same theme. Upon finally settling on a design, I was then informed that securing copyright would incur additional costs running into the hundreds, which I opted not to pursue. When I requested my logo in both JPEG and PNG formats, including specific requests for a transparent background and a black and white version, I was only provided with a single JPEG file, none of the other specifications were met. To add insult to injury, any further assistance with file transfer was only available for an extra fee. This felt less like a service and more like a scam.

Terrible company. I hired Designs Pedia to design a logo and after going back and a forth over the constant, additional, undisclosed costs, I asked for a contract to state that I would not be charged any additional funds after a final payment. Months later, I get a call stating I have a few hours to send in additional funds. When I questioned the funds I was told that because I didn’t pay and they asked for an extension, the process was terminated and my logo would not be protected.

I feel this company is more focused on sales instead of customer satisfaction. After the inital conversation, I felt confident they'd be able to provide me with a nice, unique logo for my son's music career. The next 24 hours I was hounded more than once about a website that I stated multiple times we didn't need nor want. The next day I, myself, created nine logos that were unique and tailored to my son and his style of music specifically just to have a backup plan in case these didn't work out. I then received the logos that this company "created". It's as if they didn't even read the form I filled out or the conversation I had with the initial rep. None of them were tailored to my son (other than the name), they all looked like they'd been found on Google and just slapped my son's name on it. Very elementary, in my opinion. I did a much better job in less time than they did so we decided to use my own design. I have not corresponded with them since and today I got a text asking if I'd looked at them. I responded and said, "I did but we've decided to go a different direction. Thank you for your time." They sent back, "What does that mean?". It means exactly as it states, we're going a different direction. We won't be using the logos provided. I feel the company overall lacks professionalism while communicating and creativity. I don't feel like my initial requests were heard or considered and that is my main complaint.

They designed a great logo for me -- prompt replies and excellent revisions based on my requests. All at a great prices. What else could you want?

I decided to make a purchase invoice# 1699657294 dated Fri, 10 2023. Notice the date format is incorrect. After reviewing Designspedia website, I noticed several typographical errors as well and felt that the layout didn't have a logical design. I felt that anything that Designspedia would have produced for me would have the same lack of quality, so within 12 hours of my purchase I decided to cancel. My account rep Jeff said that they don't offer refunds for change of mind. I explained that U.S. Law allows for cancellation of an online purchase within 24 hours. Keep in mind that they haven't produced anything or sent anything for my review. This is just a pending initial charge that they so far refuse to not process. Jeff said that a refund will take 45-50 days and also they will fight me in court and that I will lose because they have many strong lawyers. Although it's hard sometimes to understand the full conversation with his heavy accent. I have had several phone conversations, several text messages and several emails. The problem has not been resolved. Maybe in the end I don't get my initial deposit of $300.00 back. My advice; research any company before hand, read legitimate customer reviews and deal with a U.S. based company. All the best, John M. 11/11/2023

Joke of a company. These reviews can’t be real. This company has to be in a different country because they have almost no web presence in the states. I got a logo from them a few month back paid around $400 the whole process was stressful from the start. After my logo was finished which took several weeks they said I had to get it trademarked which I did and had to pay extra for that as well, as of todays date there is no pending case number on USPTO or do I have any info they actually filled a case to get my logo trademarked. Just a a day ago I received a email from their “legal” department stating someone else has filled to use my logo and if I do not response in 48hrs they will transfer my paid logo to someone else? They refuse to get back with me to sort this BS out. Definitely the worst company I’ve ever experienced in my life. They are not upfront about additional pricing and hide stuff to try and charge you later on. Communication is the worst and almost seems AI as when I’ve called I can barely understand anyone.
