The repairer messaged to let me know what time he would arrive and arrived spot on. Did a fabulous job I’m so pleased with it. Excellent!!! One of the best ethical car body work company, Prompt at every stage , right from telephone call to email reminders for appointment and finish , Most courteous and customer focused staff , on my first visit to their Withby Road unit Bristol I was met by Ben and Lucie both were on to the job straight away giving importance to details of the issue, Lucie promptly booked the appointment for the 9th October 24, 8am, I got there 7:45am , a member of staff happily marked the dents and messaged the person who would work on it, within Hour all 5 Dents were invisible True to their name DentMagic!!!!! I was gobsmacked at the work conducted in a very professional manner, car was presented back to me in a showroom look !!! When I went upstairs to their reception was attend by another smiley staff who asked me to wait a few minutes and Lucie will sort out the Invoice and payment, inspite of being quite busy Lucie had that ever welcoming smile on her face, since I was waiting I saw your Dentless Nescafe coffee machine and felt desperate for a coffee, Lucie personally made me a lovely cup of Vanilla Nescafe and made my day, wish all the companies had staff like yours thought I should mention this to Mr. Richard French ( Boss Man incharge of Dents M ) you are All in One package of professional people, price and service,Well done, you have a customer with regular dents for life !!!!

On time, sufficiently speedy related to the repair, and an invisible pull out repair as advertised, at what I consider a fair and reasonable price, certainly in comparison to a filler and full panel spray job. With Thanks to all at Dentmagic. Ps Thanks for the coffee and I probably owe you a few biscuits for the tin.

We arrived to be met by a technician who explained what he was going to do and how long the work would take to complete the repair to our car. We returned after an hour, the work was completed, we were delighted with the finished job.
