My quote was prepared without the need to book an appointment and expectations were made clear from the beginning, as to the pros and cons of the various options. The results are as hoped and represent an excellent value for money solution to some minor issues, as an alternative to more expensive approaches which would be disproportionate to the damage being addressed

Excellent from start to finish. Quoted Tuesday, booked in Wednesday. Visited Brislington branch to see the Dent Master John. Was honest and upfront about what could be done due to the nature of the dent. Returned back after an hour and the car was still being worked on so sat in reception (with free coffee). 15 mins later was greeted by DMJ and shown the dented area, which had now disappeared!! Brilliant service and result. Was quoted £829 by a local body shop, drove 30 miles to Dent Magic and saved around £660!!!!! Thank you.

Was really pleased with the service from Dentmagic and would recommend them. They very kindly gave me a 10% discount on their original quote and getting a courtesy car without any hassle was a great relief. Picked up my car next day and they had done a fantastic respray job on my bonnet, repaired the damage and got rid of the few stone chips as well. Excellent.

Really professional service, and great staff. Quick book in, and a tidy little courtesy car. No frills but perfect whilst the work was done. Great communication and a great repair. Had to be in overnight as the pearl paint was a tricky match. But finished earlier than expected.

A first attempt at paintless repair of a dent proved to be not possible, so I accepted a quote for full paint shop repair. I had to wait a few weeks, but it was worth waiting for. The car was ready on time and I can't tell that anything has been wrong. I must compliment all staff on their friendly and helpful manner.
