Speedy quote and highly professional work on site. The Dent Technician warned me that he wouldn't be able to get the dent completely out without a full respray, but I cannot tell where the dent was. Could not recommend them highly enough. I hope I do not need them again, but if I do, I would use them again.

I took my car to cribbs causeway to get a quote to have a dent in my passenger door repaired. No waiting and quote was emailed to me there and then and the man said the work would take about an hour. I phoned to make an appointment and took the car in today to be repaired. The work was completed when I returned after an hour and I was very pleased with the finish. Everyone at Dentmagic was friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Thank you.
From the very useful online estimate process, through the prompt and clear email communications and estimate, to the first class repair work at fair prices, the free courtesy car and the clean condition of my car at hand-back I was very pleased with the whole DentMagic experience. They made a very good job of repairing a hefty dent in the sill (don't you love those rocks that people place on verges), they refurbed all four alloy wheels for a price that beat any other quote and they were able to remove a dent from a wheel arch completely using PDR which is nothing short of wizardry at an absolute bargain price. Lovely, helpful staff and great service, thank you Richard and the DentMagic team.

I have used Dent Magic previously when my wife’s car was hit whilst parked and the driver never stopped. The process was booked through my son who works in the motor trade and the process was as simple as send them some pictures so that they can assess the damage and once your quote is received, make a decision to trust them with the repairs. On this occasion it was on my pride and joy Mini JCW 306hp which was hit by another driver not looking where he was going on our way back from holiday Which is always a bit of a dampener but after all no one was hurt and it’s just cosmetic damage, all of which can be repaired and much cheaper than going through my insurance with the voluntary excess. Dent Magic were super quick to respond and I waited a week to drop the car down due to Covid isolation, however they managed to squeeze me in the week after when I was working away with a colleague so again a big thank you for being so flexible and friendly when I collected my car.
Just had Dentmagic repair a scuff on my bumper and alloy following an incident with a car park ramp - the guy was very friendly and has done a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
