My first experience of Dentmagic was this month. I received a quote on Tuesday and the car was repaired on Friday. The service was very efficient and the staff very friendly. My car even had a wash! I would definitely go there again and would recommend.

although the appointment went over slightly the finished car looks fantastic and you would never know the car had been hit. Nice and easy booking service, very impressed.

Dentmagic have recently undertaken various repairs to scuffs and damage on my car and I can thoroughly recommend their work. The whole process was efficient and the work was undertaken to a high standard and at a reasonable cost.

I had a dent in my bonnet caused by a stone. It was quite small, about an inch across, but it was right over the top of the frame on the underside of the bonnet, so there was little access beneath. If I’m honest, I didn’t hold out much hope that they could get it out. Aaron said he would do what he could . In fact, he did a fantastic job. The shape of the bonnet is exactly as it was before the stone hit it. If it weren’t for the small scratches left by the stone, you would never know it had been damaged. Excellent job, by friendly staff, highly recommended.

I had my car booked in in Cribbs for bumper repair, front and rear. They did an amazing job, for only 1/4 of the price I was quoted at other garages. Brilliant and friendly service in person and over the telephone, no fuss. Throughoughtly recommended. 100% satisfied

I’ve just brought the car home and cleaned it and all I can say is wow wow wwwwooooowwww. You people are amazing at what you do. Don’t hang your overalls up just yet and get a paper round cos what you’ve done to my car is fantastic. I will admit when the job was done I was second guessing if I’d done the right thing but now looking at it and I mean really looking at it you have done a brilliant brilliant job. If you lose hope or lose direction read this back and know I think you’re spot on.

We were completely gutted when we found a dent in the front wing of our new Golf GTI! A quick email with a photo of the damage resulted in a quotation and booking with the Dentmagic Team at Cribbs. The whole process was efficiently managed from start to finish and the job expertly completed within an hour with a fantastic result! Thanks to Martyn and Aaron for coming to the rescue!

Brilliant repair to my car. Really pleased with the work. As good as new considering how bad scratches were after scraping against wall. Very disappointing customer service though. Asked to pay £5 fuel having refuelled courtesy car and gauge was just very slightly below mark when picked up. Then told had to pay for valeting car after using for two days! I had only driven my teenage son to school and back home and no way would I leave the car in a state that it needed valeting. Woman I dealt with was pretty aggressive and said she had photos of the car before it went out to prove it had been valeted before handing over to me. No evidence of this when I asked to see the photos. No mention of charge for valet of car when I picked courtesy car. Not great customer service experience having spent a large sum.

Paint repairs completed satisfactory with the minimum of red tape. Quote was while you waited and carried out on a rival at site. Very completive quote, date agreed for repair, courtesy car if required, worked completed as agreed and on time. Excellent customer service
