Dee made an error in phone number on signage, but promptly corrected within a reasonable time. Pleasant, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

They were so helpful and had the product that we have been looking for! When there was a little issue with how the product came to us, they were more than fair in how they solved the issue! Much more than most would even consider. A very good company to work with and they truly support the end user, which is outstanding. We've had a number of companies forget that WE are the ones who's reputation is on the line when product is disappointing. Not Dee Sign! This will be a long lasting relationship!

Not much deviation from the norm on design, and descriptions of what items go with what stands, etc is very hard to decipher. Delivery is very slow. if the delivery was faster I'd give more stars. Shipping takes forever!

DEE SIGN is fast, easy, and extremely helpful. Same day proofs and next week delivery. Their help line is always willing to assist and are beyond efficient. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent quality of product and ease of contacting the company. Sometimes had difficulty communicating with the artist on the sign design.

Unreliable service. Incorrect orders received on several occasions. Unacceptable lead times and Inconsistency with standard print/artwork orders.

Quality signs, low price and fast turnaround time. I immediately got a digital proof and received a sample in the US Mail 3 days later. Less than a week from that I had my signs.

My order was lost and although I placed it 3 weeks before it was needed , I received it late. However, once they realized my order was lost, they put a push on replicating it and the panels arrived within days. As a consolation, we were told that I would receive extra panels at no charge-nice thought but that never happened. Spoke too soon! The panels just arrived! Thank you! My faith is restored. I have been dealing with Dee Signs for over 24 years and have always been happy with their service!! Thank you!

Easy to use website and quality product. I wish, however, that my metal reflective real estate sign ordering process had reminded me to ask for the "hole punch option." LOL.
