We had a great experience with the sales team at Dee Sign and the entire process was smooth sailing. I only give four stars because we had two hiccups for which I share responsibility. We utilized Dee Sign's design team to put together yard signs for our business, and while it looked great on the computer, in person the logo and lettering colors on a white background were actually quite difficult to read at any distance. I wish they would have suggested using a different colored background, shading, or recoloring to make it pop better, but at the time I trusted their expertise. Additionally, we ordered 12 New Construction riders for our yard signs and only two were put on the order form. I approved it without noticing the typo and later had to place a second order and take on the cost of additional shipping. Both of these problems were partially on me for I had approved them, but I do wish we had gotten better coloring advice from the design team.
No problems with the order or my signs. Definitely use DEE SIGN for next order!

This site is a joke. I placed an order April 6th and didn't receive my signs until the 29th. The stakes to place the sign took another day or two to arrived and shipped in a separate box. I ordered similar signs through another vendor I found a few days AFTER my April 6th order. They arrived in 2 days and were half the price. The fact that BHHS tells people this is their trusted vendor is outrageous when there are other companies who will do a better job, for less money, and get the product there in a reasonable amount of time.
Items arrived before expected time of delivery and in excellent condition.
