I'm happy with the product but was disappointed on how long it took to receive when all that was put on was the company name and nothing else.

disappointed in the slow delivery process especially for the high shipping costs.

Sent the following e-mail to rep about shipping charges on 04/21/17 and never received a response. Robin, I hope things find you well. How can we have $15 in shipping for a $6 item that will fit in a small box?

DeeSign offered the least expensive sign posts that I was looking for, they arrived on time and were exactly as they appeared on the website. They look fantastic and I'm proud to hang my sign on them. Thanks so much!

Pros: Ease of ordering and I thought the prices were right in line with other sign companies. Cons; Price for shipping (which is not disclosed or even quoted until order has already shipped). No good way to track order.

Excellent product and great quality presentation

We are very pleased with the service we receive from Dee Sign. Their staff is extra friendly. The signs are always installed quickly. They also make our signs and do a fantastic job.

The signage ordering process is completely disjointed and difficult to navigate. It appears to me that there is a lack of internal communication that causes customer expectations that are unrealistic and can't be met - I was told my sign could be completed in 7 business days but was never informed that it would take an additional 3 business days for the artwork to get setup. I then was told my order would be ready by a specific date and it took 2 additional business days to receive it. I also had to navigate through multiple different people contacting me to approve the art, make a payment, and to check on the order status. Some of the emails received didn't include the name "DeeSign" within the email so I wasn't able to easily find some of the correspondence received when doing a search within my email. The quality of the end product is great but the ordering experience was terrible. I never had anyone reach out to me and apologize for any delays or miscommunication. I am not sure if I will ever order from here again.
