The service from Dales was unbelievable, I was really impressed. Thanks particularly to Callum. I’ve been trying to find a ATX in purple for my daughters 8th birthday, and they pulled out all the stops and got it here with a few days to spare. They kept me informed at every stage, and beat the factory delivery date by a week or so. I now have a very happy little girl, which as every parent knows is something you can’t beat. Quick and simple. they had the product in stock unlike many other places. they turned around really quickly and offered interest free finance. overall I was really impressed. never used it before I definitely use them again

I highly recommend Dales Cycles. I bought my first electric bike at dales and the sales assistant was excellent. On my first service there was an issue with my bike and I received a call from the mechanic to explain the issue and what was being done to rectify the fault. The mechanic contacted me a few days later with an update. I visited dales cycle shop to discuss the issue with my bike. Sales assistant went over and beyond to resolve the issue. I left the shop a very happy man with a brand new bike. I’m so glad I bought my bike locally (Dales Cycle) as the service from all departments was first class. Services/repairs are simple to arrange on there website and communication is excellent. I would highly recommend Dales Cycles to anyone looking to buy a bike or accessories.
