so i had a voucher from cycle to work scheme to buy my winter cycle jacket and gloves, but was unable to buy online with this , since october, managed to get into store just before Christmas and eventually was able to make the purchase, so quite a few cold wet cycles to work meantime , i now havw another for a security lock but again cant make it work online and am having argument with myself whether i can justify this as an essential journey to go back to the store if indeed its currently open ?
Purchased a new bike through Dale's cycles which was assembled and delivered to South Bristol in under a week. Lots of updates throughout and bike was delivered in perfect condition. All in all, a very easy purchase and a very happy customer!

Goods as described but took longer to arrive than expected. The email heralding the arrival was not very helpful... rather flippant (not really funny) attempt at humour with no mention of actual/possible date of delivery and tracking links were not helpful. Returns if necessary can be made at the shop - a plus point - (if local) but return postage has to be paid (if not) - unlike the free returns offered by (some) competitors. No serious issues though.and good variety of stock available.
