Had an issue with the website when trying to order. It basically put my item out of stock and I couldn’t order. I was contacted later in the day via email to advise that the item was still in stock and was there if I wanted it. I duly ordered and collected from the Glasgow shop in person. Bought a Talon 2 and it was here within a week. Loving the bike so far and they even added metal pedals when it was supposed to come with plastic. Pretty impressive considering 99% of other shops were sold out on almost every bike. Great service and delivered with a smile can’t ask for much more.

Having searched the country high and low for a first pedal bike for my son's 3rd birthday, I finally stumbled across this shop online. The service was excellent, bike delivered on the timeline promised. The icing on the cake being that they also had a bike in stock I had been searching for myself.........2 bikes ordered and delivered on time as promised. I really wanted to be able to go to a shop and try a bike out, but in the current times of bike availability, the service provided by Dales was as close as I think I could get. I am loving my first ever road bike and my son is about to have the bike he has been asking for(an Orange one). Very happy customer!
Excellent customer service. I queried my order on the online chat service and they checked gave me a status update that it had went from shop to warehouse for postage. Then got back to me and delivered by hand that evening.
Cube E bike delivered to home address . I have not ridden or tested it yet but the handover and explanations were first class and very helpful.
Ordered my new bike on line, which they had in stock on a Wednesday with a request to pick up on the Friday. This happened without a hitch. The handover and service provided was both friendly and professional. I would use them again.
