Thank you Kerina, a few issues recently arose with the changing of billing along with a quick resolution of issues with customers travelling. The turn around was nearly instant. Amazing attitude, friendly and kept reaching out to ensure the issue was resolved and the customer was happy. Can't recommend enough!

Samir very kindly phoned me to ask how things were going and advised me on how to resolve a problem with a transfer of number. When we have spoken previously he was very polite and professional but above all helpful. I am very grateful for the help and support he has given me.

I have to say , I have been treated with total respect from only one person at Daisy I wish had dealt with my case from the beginning gemma louise davies, the only one who answered all my emails and sorted it , this has taken 6 months to resolve , many many phone calls , emails etc to someone called Amanda, who never was available or ever answered my emails, put me through so much stress after losing my son and my husband and never once had the decency to answer any of my calls, but finally Gemma came along and answered every email what a lovely girl to have working for you , you need more like her , and definitely less of Amanda who never had the time of day for me , my 5 stars is only because of gemma, otherwise it would have been totally zero

I am extremely disappointed with Business Daisy Communications handling of my broadband contract cancellation. I submitted a formal request to terminate my contract in December and received no response. Instead, I continued to receive billing statements, including an invoice for January for a service I explicitly requested to cancel. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, my issue remains unresolved. It seems that emails are either ignored or not reviewed properly. I have also made it clear that I will not be paying the latest invoice since I requested cancellation a month ago. This level of service is unacceptable. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Ombudsman for further investigation. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of communication and poor handling of contract cancellations.

I have an account with Xln part of daisy I was moved from copper to Fibre and now 2 months down the line I still have no broadband. I was trying to escalate to provisioning manager mark but he is too busy dealing with other complaints. So the lad james suggested talking to his boss in daisy in birmingham. Complete rubbish company avoid at all cost

Christian Tustin has been handling a complicated case for me over the last few months which has required a great deal of patience and tenacity on his part to sort out. Throughout he has kept me informed on progress and eventually was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I cannot commend him enough for his diligence and perseverance.

Expensive business broadband with hidden costs, poor connection and service. First issue was that it is impossible to contact customer services and hours wasted trying (and failing) to resolve issues. Poor quality of service. Complete lack of care for customers. The company consciously drag out cancellation of contract and move to alternative supplier to incur yet further costs. We spoke to several people whilst trying to cancel, they gave varied information and settlement amounts that ranged in price by more than a thousand. Several staff were rude and dismissive. Worst company we have worked with. PLEASE do not sign up with this company!!

The phone was answered within a minute by Ismaeel, who went to great lengths to ensure that he fully understood the needs of my business. We have been with Daisy for over 10 years now and have always been very happy with the service.
