Stephanie was quick to answer the call and was very efficient in sourcing and supplying the information I requested and in addition supplying material that I needed to get back to the customer with. I called in yesterday and it took 10.59 mins to answer the call. Big difference.

Since my last review around a year ago, the service has improved massively, Gemma continues to impress with Lynette, and Fozia also really helpful when I can. Pricing we get for our charities is lovely and where some processes can be clunky, but the guys always help where they can!

Beth Rossi always replies swiftly and is very efficient. She is also always very professional and always resolves problems quickly.
