Kerina is a Top employee of Daisy! She has helped our company in many of ways for example, getting credit back when due, data top up removed, calls back very quick and same day. She knows the way around the systems and very good at her job. Her personality is a breath of fresh air and lovely to talk to.

This review is unfortunately mixed - Firstly, Yaz was excellent, diligent and resolved our connection problems stemming from Open Reach's error not Daisy. Getting to Yaz and someone in Daisy who actually can action an issue rather than just typing on a keyboard was very painful, and by that time I had virtually lost the will to live. Many fruitless phone calls, monies taken for a non existent service and repeatedly closed down support tickets later I got Jaz after cancelling the DD as a last resort. Jaz gets five stars and needs a pay rise - customer support get -7 hence the +2 rating. Poor training and ironically bad communication with Customer services seem to be a factor with Daisy. Also be very careful of the compensation clause for no service in these contracts as it is effectively £Nil and they still bill you.

Daisy communications have been very supportive during my phone line issues with Open Reach this is now the 3rd time my business land line has gone down in 4 weeks this time it was a hopefully sorted now Yaser Khan has followed up that the engineer has got the issue resolved again and reassured me that if it goes off again their here to support me Thank you
