Excellent customer service. Each time I reached out with an issue, my complaint/request was answered and resolved within minutes. Very polite, very professional team members. I only cancelled because the items were a little out of my price range at the moment. I would still recommend DailyLook based off their customer service alone!

I’ve really enjoyed this service! I like the styles that encourage me to stay more up to date but don’t press me far out of my comfort zone. The quality and fit have all been wonderful! The only down side is the pricing can be above my price point. Customer service is very responsive. Presentation is wonderful and I love getting several pieces at once that are all stylish.

I'm happy with quality of products and their services. My stylist got my taste figured really well after 2 boxes and sends great options. Very responsive and professional. I had few small issues and it was always well handled and I was happy with the resolution. Only thing I wish is items cost less 😉

My DAILYLOOK experience at the beginning with my first box was ok due to stylist was figuring out my size and style. My second box was awesome! What I loved is how they keep you updated and informed with your delivery dates and how it arrives on time.

I love Daily Look. I got into a bit of a rut after Covid and working from home. My clothes were turning into all the same black/grey stretchy track suit type-thingy. Daily Look has allowed me to re-think my wardrobe. Whether my focus is tops or bottoms or seasonal or special occasions, Daily Look is always exceeding my expectations!

I took my return items to the post office instead of UPS and then UPS couldn't find it. A mess that was my fault. Then Daily look charged my account $700 for the unreturned items, I called and Carol W helped me, she had the money returned to my account along with another charge that had just posted that morning. Thank you Carol W!!!!
