The stylist and the variety of clothing sent was great. I gave 4 stars because it was a bit too expensive for how often you get boxes.

Customer service is fantastic. Clothing is of high quality and stylist was attentive to my style profile. Would like to see petite sizes and styles. Prices are competitive with other clothing box subscriptions

My stylist does a great job picking out clothes I wouldn't have always picked out for myself, but end up loving. Price point is higher than some other subscriptions, but so is the quality.

I loved the selection and choices offered. I kept most of it but return several. Still think the selection made me happy and offered garments I do not usually find in the stores I usually visit. Thanks for the attention, just please note the sizing for tops!

This was my third box. And I loved it as much as the first two. I could easily go broke with the boxes. I just love nearly all of the pieces I am given to choose from.

I love the communication between me and my stylist. She really tries to get to know me and tries to pick things that suit my style. I’ve gotten a few pieces that I never would have purchased on a store, based on how I shop, and I love them and wear them all the time.

Do not sign up! I wish I would have read reviews. Awful customer service. You fill out a profile and they ask what kind of items you would like to receive and then they send you a preview of things you specifically said you did not like or need. Then you’re told sorry it’s bc they don’t have stock. How is that my fault. Tried to cancel and customer service did not help at all.

I’ve said each time that I don’t like high waisted because I unfortunately have a very short waist and inseam. I guess my grudge is that you keep sending me them. :-(

This is my very first experience with DL. Somehow the shipping date for my first box was wrong but after only one email to customer service the grace period has been extended and the team could not have been more gracious. Hopeful that this is going to be a long and happy relationship!

My worst experience ever. Despite numerous conversations with customer service, I always receive two preview boxes. They continue to charge me even after I paused my subscription. They also inflate regular prices for out-of-season items, and their price-matching policy is dubious. Please address the issues with your software. I don't want to be directed to customer service; the problem lies with the technology itself.

The Stylist has done a great job catching on to my comfort zone but still pushes me to try new things. The return policy is extremely easy.
