The engraving is extremely detailed, it's a fantastic custom product and would certainly buy again for gifts etc. The packaging was also good and came with a metal certificate of authenticity. Really happy and would recommend. Chris

Superb quality and fast delivery

I was bowled over by the quality of the engraving on the bottle opener and the presentation case. Even the packaging is impressive. Bought as a retirement gift for a friend and colleague who was overwhelmed at it's originality and quality. Simply fantastic!!

Had a minor issue with the initial order as the website wouldn't accept the order, this was quickly resolved by the company - then slightly longer than expected delivery, but the item arrived in good condition and is a nice talking point!
