Really pleased with the pen and the quality and my grandson loves it. The standard box it came in was really good as well. The only negative was I would have liked an update regarding dispatch, but other than that really pleased with purchase.

The team at custom calibers really pulled it out of the bag for me. I wanted 3 sets of the cuff link/tie pin sets as leaving gifts, but only had a week’s notice that I was moving. I spoke to the team who assured me they would do everything they could to meet my deadline. 5 working days after placing the order they arrived! The quality of the product and customer service were both first class. 10/10

I recently bought a .50 engraved bullet and engraved box from these guys. Typically I left it till the last min as a birthday present. I called them and explained this and they could not have been more helpful. The gift arrived in plenty of time and exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Bought 2 bottle openers engraved for my twin’s 18th. Custom Calibers asked when I needed them for as I’d forgotten to say, they also refunded a discount code after I’d placed my order which was very good of them and they arrived in plenty of time despite being their busy time. Can’t fault their product or customer service. Would definitely recommend.
