The actual product is also amazing, brilliant quality and just perfect, everything I was expecting and more! Ordered ex-military father an engraved ammo box for his favourite candy. Ammo box was awesome but I initially had the delivery address for my home address. It took a long time to make (It was Christmas, I understand that, and it is perfectly acceptable for a custom product). I emailed to change the delivery address as I was travelling away for Christmas to meet my father, they said that they would change the address and it would arrive at x time. It arrived on time, but at my home address, not the address I changed it to. They were polite during the email conversation and assured me that it would arrive before Christmas (which it did). My father was still able to collect his present, but didn't get it on Christmas day, had to get it when travelling back home. Good company, mainly my mistake by not anticipating the length of time it would take to be made, and then arrive. But still a mistake on their part by delivering it to the wrong address after I asked them to change it.

They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I'd purchased the box, glass and bottle opener set for my best man and they even chucked in a bottle opener for myself. Highly recommend!

I was looking for somebody to engrave lighters and I couldn't find Custom Calibers directly, but via Etsy. I really liked my first purchase and accordingly did I order two more to complete my collection. The black lighter with the golden engraving - which can't be ordered via Etsy - looks absolutely stunning. The reason why I only give four stars is, that the engraving of one of the lighters is varying as parts of the anchor in the background are engraved deeper than others which doesn't look as good as it could have done. This could have easily been spotted if the process of ordering via Etsy would have been applied, because if you don't order directly you get shown the draft and asked for your approval before the lighter is engraved. Why not apply the same process when ordering directly from Custom Calibers? (Besides would I prefer to use proper Zippos and more than willing to pay the slightly higher price.) Unfortunately are the missing pieces in my collection now done, because I'm tempted to order another lighter especially a black one with golden engraving. This one stands out of my collection, that holds more than 50 lighters already.

Bought a 7.62 pen in wolf grey as a gift and it’s gone down a treat. Great product. Came with a nice little freebie - laser engraved hollow point round as a key ring and an engraved card with info on the product. Really nicely put together. Great idea and nicely made. Many thanks
