I ordered a KA Box at street price, during order wait the prices did fall but then came KA BOX Pro which CMB offered me saying the original was not doing well. Plus I had to jump through hoops with a wire. They asked me to pay a small upgrade fee and to avoid wire just pay btc. That was nearly instant and the communications with assuredness were excellent. The item arrived just a few days later and today I started mining with the unit. Works great. Kid

Expensive!!! Also sent me aftermarket GaN charger which died within 1 month. Lied to me that unit with GaN charger was sent directly from manufacturer. Promised but did not send the requested original canaan psu, sent another GaN charger replacement with a different plug. Utterly unacceptable Scammers and shortcutters. Would NOT recommend

Ordered a Jasminer X16-q, my first miner at Minerbros. Delivery was as expected, no hassle or weird stuff. The communication was also excellent! Unfortunately after a few months one of the three boards inside the asic broke. I contacted miner bros, they helped me over the time span of weeks to get it sorted. Would definitely buy here again

Maintenant vous me dites que je fais de mauvaise evaluation sur votre site alors que pas du tout ! J ai toutes les preuves de mail un du 12.4.2024 et du 30.4.2024. Maintenant je vais pas laissé ça comme ca . je publie tout si vous vous excuser pas je viens pas ici pour dénigrer votre entreprise mais plutot pour que vous améliorer votre service qui a des failles comme mon expérience de plus vous m avez causer des tort financier mon argent est bloquée . essayer plutot de collaborer a la place de me traiter de menteur par ce que c est pas le cas vous vous trompez. je me donnerais pas autant de peine sinon je veux juste que mon expérience personnel soit partagé. salutation et désolé mais c est pas ma faute il y a un probleme qui vient de chez vous .
