AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They ripped me off. They took my money for a machine they said was in stock and only shipped it 6 weeks later. AND IT WAS USED! I paid them for a new A10 Pro 750. These people are scumbags. DO not use this company! I repeat do not use Crypto Miner Bros.

It is not a trustable company at all. They are not standing on their policy and change deals on their behalf whenever they want. it is the second time I try to purchase items, but because of the changing price, one time they send me back my money after two months, and the second time, exactly on the first business day of order time, they send an email and stop me to make the payment because they already sold my machine which I already have an order number for it. I have all emails and chats between me and them. I do not recommend them. you will waste your time and money with them. you only have the chance to receive your itme, if its price gets down. If you don't believe it, try it one time then you will learn it like me. just look at this " • And right now we are only taking Cryptocurrency payment because bank transfer and other payment take 2-4 days and price of miners are very volatile so price changes sometimes or stock out before those payment comes on our account. " it is just one part of our communication. the WU was available on their site, so I chose it, and the email I received shows the method of payment is WU. but they change it without any notification. And cancel my order.

They are super scammy! I purchased an ASIC from them and price shot up so the cancelled my order so they could likely resell to a higher paying buyer. They claim they cancelled my order because the manufacturer made changes that increased prices but they didn't offer to allow me to pay the difference they just cancelled my order. DO NOT USE. I ordered the same machine from coinmining central and didn't receive this type of treatment so order from here at your own risk!

They send me some broken device or it's just a decoy to proof they have shipped something. I have been trying to get what I bought for 4 months now but no, they wont deliver unit what does something else than blinks leds. You wont see your money or unit after you have paid.

I have Purchased Hummer Miner H1 Device from your Company. I received it and hardly used it for 15 minutes. One of the hashboard caught fire. Since 3 days i am trying to claim for replacement. They are forcing me to pay for courier. The made me work like a technician and pull out the hashboard which caught fire. The Order was place on June 19 and was informed that i shall receive the package with in a week time. But i received in on 7 July 2020 which made me loss. As in crypto market time is essential. Now they are refusing me to send it through courier. Kindly help me resolve the issues. They are now saying that they shall provide send me one hashboard only if i remove the review. They only want good review and not bad review. I shall remove the complaint only if you agree to ship the miner to me. I am not ready to bear another further cost. The machine is surely used machine as the warranty seal was broken and some one else miner pool details was found inside.

I am usually not one to write reviews but, in this case I want to share with others of my buying experience with Crypto Miner Bros. Being in Seattle WA, I was very uneasy about buying from a Hongkong based company other than the Manufacturer (Innosilicon) directly. Sending large amounts of money internationally to a company I have never dealt with was making me a little nervous.  However, after reaching out to Crypto Miner Bros. through What's App, I was able to speak with Andy from the company over the phone. Pretty soon, I began feeling comfortable about placing an order, not only because I could reach them directly but it was the manner in which they handled my inquiry that really impressed me. Extremely professional and took the time to explain to me in detail what and when I can expect from start to finish. At no time did I feel pressure from him to "buy now". At first I placed a sample order. The miner was shipped within 48hrs. from Hong Kong and arrived at my door in Seattle USA 3 days afterwards by DHL  just as they promised. Crypto Miner Bros. made the whole process very pleasant and easy. Several days later, I placed a second order, much larger than the first and those miners just arrived 2 days ago. Also, just as they promised! i am so much extremely happy and satisfied customer, especially considering all the things that could have gone badly with this type of international transaction. I would very highly recommend Cryptominerbros to other users of your website based on my experience with them. Thank you!
