Danger! No delivery on the contractually agreed date! When you ask, you get an answer, but you are lied to, saying that there was supposedly a week of local holidays, even though it was only on October 1st. was a holiday. There was no shipping even 1 week later. They have been in possession of my money for 4 weeks now and are not issuing a refund. There is no response to the cancellation request! The miner is still sold in stock on the website. this is called cheating!

Worse experience ever, it was my first time to buy an antminer from them. I have bought an Antminer X5. I can admit delivery was fast and they are very responsive. However not even 3 days after receiving the Antminer, one of the hashboards dropped. So I find myself with 2 hashboards out of 3 that is 1/3 loss of the Antminer's value. I have immediately contacted them, at first they seem helpful. They asked me to provide some videos and make some tests, I almost became their technician. But then you discover that they are not helpful at all. In this circumstances someone would expect a replacement of the product or a least a replacement of the broken hashboard. However they asked me to make a service ticket with BITMAIN, then bitmain asked me to send the Antminer to them but then I have to pay for the shipment which it is very expensive from EU, about 400 euros. That can't be a solution. I haven't even used the product for more than 3 days. Anyway, I have asked BITMAIN about the warranty of this Antminer, they checked up and strangely enough they didn't find any info about the warranty. So last thing I did is asked Coinminerbros to send me a replacement of the Antminer or at least a replacement of the hashboard. Now I am waiting an answer from them. I will update you soon. Update 1 After lots of email back and forth, nothing concretely have been done. Last thing that have been offered to "make the customer happy" is to give me a personal deal for another miner. I have agreed upon that and they sent me a link to process the payment. However while processing the payment there was a timed out message so I went back to ask them why, they say the price has been fluctuating and now it is increased even more than what was originally whithout a deal. Are you kidding me??? Most frustrating experience I have ever encountered.

i didnt want a handshake miner. its worthless. they dont tell you that the one you order isnt in stock. just that they have a lot of crappy miners to mail you, after they have got your money. to solve the problem they would have to update their in stock inventory on the website. feels like a bait and switch.
