Great customer service. They stayed in constant contact and made me feel at ease from before ordering, through delivery, and after arrival. They were quick to answer any questions after delivery not only about the miner itself but also things like ventilation of the room. Been using the miner for roughly ten days and so far so good.

Ordered a Avalon 1166 Pro 78TH from them in December 2021. The order processing took about a week, but I emailed them about it taking a while and they said they would even compensate me for it. A week after this interaction I received a 81TH Avalon 1166, an even better model than I ordered. 5 stars.

Miner arrived and worked perfectly, only issue I had was that he thought when the website says they have them in stock that they had them in their own warehouse but they purchase from the manufacturer directly so it took longer to get the miner in than expected
