If there is anything I should be aware of before my order is shipped, they do an excellent job making sure I am an informed consumer. I also know when I order from Crypto Miner Bros I can sleep at night knowing I have dealt with a reputable business. I have always received what was ordered and on the one occasion where there was an issue with a PSU, a replacement was immediately sent out. Ordered a Antminer S19J Pro 104th from Crypto Miner Bros to Australia after reading some amazing reviews. Paying via bank transfer, was promptly followed by initial emails after my order, to expectations around delivery. Han & Andy have been amazing in providing updates via email, and whatsapp all the way until delivery, which again happened without any issues. I would highly recommend Crypto Miner Bros, as the whole process was smooth and without any issues. Special thanks to the team for such a great experience.

There were some complications but it was on my side and it was fixed very soon. The delivery was premium and it was well planned. They delivered what I asked and they never told me anything wrong or false information.

Not the cheapest - but I guess re-sellers never are. However I have found them to be always honest and reliable. I've purchased a bunch of stuff from these guys now - They even processed me a refund when a couple of KD-Boxes I ordered went out of stock before my international bank transfer arrived - promptly and with no issues. As I say - not the cheapest, but, sometimes its worth paying a little more to have piece of mind that your items will arrive. There is a lot of Scammers out there unfortunately.

I tried to go on the bleeding edge and buy several of the newest L7 LTC miners. Ordered in September for the December batch. Manufacturer is late, so December turned into January and no news when release but Andy and the team at Cryptominerbros were responsive and patient throughout. Ultimately, I decided to withdraw the order and they processed the refund straight away. Very honest and grateful and impressed by that. I will not forget this and hope to work with them again in future.

I purchased a lot of S19pro from Crypto Miner via WhatsApp. Response time is very good considering time zones and I felt very comfortable speaking too them. I recommend buying from them as not only do they provide great products they make sure everything is working before the sale is final. The service and response from Crypto Miner Bros was great. I was looking at some devices and settled on a Canaan Avalon 1246. The price was reasonable and within the range of where most other sellers were. I saw both positive and negative reviews. But took a chance anyways as the communication seemed really good and I liked their website. Their PO system also helped me keep my purchase with them. Some light research will show their address in Hong Kong. Common sense will tell you that the device comes from China. So in effect these guys are brokers or middle persons of some sort. Since I was not able to get access directly from the factory I settled on working with them. I went the route of bank transfer vs crypto. The process of transferring from Canada to a third party in China took about 4 days which was confirmed by CMB on arrival to the designated account. Then it took about a week for them to confirm a device was able for shipping. Needless to say the long wait was very nerve wracking. But I kept patience as at this point there was no way to get my money back if it was scam. Once I had a shipping notification it still took almost 2 weeks to arrive. The long shipping wait is not something I would blame CMB for. It's just the way things are at this point in time. With C19 f'ing up transportation major cities have put in a weight limit per customer per day. So things don't get shipped over night anymore by air. It's a week to 1 month wait pending on the size/weight of your item. During this time I would send CMB a message every 5-6 days and they would respond within 12 hours (time difference) with an update on where things are at. So in the end it took the 1246 about a month to get to me. On arrival it was really well packed. REALLY well packed. Looked like it came in the original box from manufacturer and with the original foam cushions. So on first look, it became a very promising purchase. I plugged it in and had it set up within 15 minutes and hashing on Luxor's pool. I had ethernet and power lines prepped while waiting. On the west coast of Canada newer homes will generally have an EV outlet prepared in the garage for 220v charging. So power was not an issue for me. I've since moved to Slush Pool as I rather enjoy watching and waiting for blocks to be found. I've now had the 1246 running for just over 2 weeks with no issues. I have only one miner for the moment so it's not like I'm in it to get rich. Just looking to get in and get an understanding of what this is about. Get the kids involved to see how statistics work along side 'luck'. Sometimes a block shows up in an hour and a half or it's 8 hours with nothing at all. I keep the timer up so all can see. All that waiting for $2.75/block .. go figure. Up to this point I guess my review has been very positive. It should've been a 5 star review but they are only getting 4. In our conversations I was told I would be receiving a new miner. On opening it was obvious that I had received a used one. Stickers and serials were missing. This didn't disappoint me as I had really really low expectations. But once I had it up and running and it was hashing at the described rate of 85th, I decided to let it run for a few days to see if stays running. It did. I also didn't feel too bad because even though used, it arrived very clean. I did open it up to look inside for dust, there was none. So the unit I got was either cleaned up or refurbished. So in a way I guess I got lucky on a used device. I know from reading online that not everyone has the same experience. This is not a review to explicitly tell you to buy from CMB. But it is a very clear review of what I went through and what I received. From where I stand at having had to wait about 4 weeks and to receive what I had received and to have the results I am having now. I would have to call it a very positive experience with very good results. EDIT - Changed to 5 star because I most likely did receive a new device. For reason read below. CMB reached out to me regarding my comment about them sending a used miner to me and offered an explanation. From my review above, the unit I received was extremely clean and in an original box with fitted foam inserts. But it had all the tags and labels missing. I neglected to include in my review that I agreed to having the value of the packages declared as being $500.00 versus being $7500.00 as the actual value. I agreed to the lower value because it would save me quite a few dollars for import taxes. Not sure keeping the $7500 value would even help me if I needed to claim insurance because there was no insurance purchased. So in order to pass customs with little or no resistance all tags are removed to obscure identity of what is being shipped. I guess it's one of those see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil kind of things. In all fairness, I am adjusting my review and leaving a documented reason.

Fantastic service! I have had two successful orders now from Crypto Miner Bros. Having seen them as a "trusted seller" on Asicminervalue.com, I got a small-ish order last summer. The miners work away perfectly. This time, I placed a larger order. The communication from Han Su is excellent - better than most local businesses where I live, not to mention from a crypto company! Emails were answered promptly. Shipping of half of the order happened first, with a DHL tracking number provided. The second half went a few days later, but seemed to be stuck on the way. I emailed Han Su and got a reply with a different tracking number - they were already in my country, one stop away! All arrived promptly and have been tested working great. I will be exclusively buying from them in the future, having been scammed by others before. Definitely recommended!
