Richard could not have been more helpful in the way he assisted me. . It is the first time I have had to arrange travel plans. My boy friend always did it. Richard was very patient with me as |I wrote everything down that he was conveying to me. There is another employee of yours who was equally helpful. I could not find where to go to get a print out of tickets. He walked me through all the steps . Bravo on him.

Sharon Smith (ext 351) has done a super job for us for a number of years. She is very well acquainted with all of the destinations we have booked with her in the past. She always tries to get us upgrades from the cruise companies. On 2 past Alaskan cruises she was able to get us upgraded from a mini-suite to a full suite. Sharon also gets us the best cabins within the category we select. I am guessing that we have booked over 12 cruises from her. Many times we have traveled with other couples. When we compared experiences; Sharon with Cruise.com always came out ahead.

We booked a large family cruise for 12 people (with 7 minor children). Our agent, Edison, worked tirelessly to keep all our rooms in the same vicinity while making sure we received all available perks and incentives. Also got us the lowest rates possible. That is why we always book through cruise.com

I was extremely pleased with the quick response to my calls and to my questions. I booked both cruises with the same agent because I had been so pleased with the first booking.

1. Agent needs to reply with complete detail explanations in timely manner. 2. Requesting to update incorrect name didn't resolve even after 2 to 3 emails asking to update. other than that, very satisfied with the service so far.

It's our first time to book a cruise with Cruise.com I don't know if all customer reps at Cruise.com is like Victoria. But if all of them are half as good and professional as Victoria, you will be very pleased. Victoria treated us with respect and listened to all our requests. Shortly after booking our cruise on line, and having paid for it in full, we received their e-mail request to call their office to pay additional US $20. Not willing to argue for this sum, after having already booked non refundable flights, I called requesting also confirmation for for the promised $100 on board credit. I waited 25 minutes on a long distance phone call, but the lady neither answered nor called back, as she promised. After two e-mail requests they reacted: "Due to International regulations we cannot honor any discounts or promotions"..??!!!

We just recently booked our Disney Cruise through cruise.com and had a very easy time. I don't like to book things online, so I called into customer service for them to help me. They were very helpful, answered all the questions I had and made sure I was getting the best deal from our insurance to our cruise total. They were quick at sending me the conformation information too!

I have booked 6 cruises with Cruise.com. I find their website to be very user friendly and i can complete my booking in no time at all. They also do not charge a booking fee and their prices are slightly lower than others.

I am not live in American continental, so I can't On-Line Check in. Please kindly consider that everyone who booked cruise trip through your company can check in by on-line. I realy appreciate your all staff because they solve problems quickly and kindly.

After booking with the cruise line, I passed it on to Cruise.com. I always do because I know that they will look out for my interests and needs. It is such a comfort to have them there to help.

The booking process was great, but I was told I had a 24 hour hold and then got an email saying I had to book right now, or possibly lose the booking. As I did not get the email until the next day, I could have lost the reservation, but fortunately it was still available when I called the next morning. One more thing, I did not save a dime using this service. it was the same cost going direct to Carnival.

Sharon Smith was our travel advisor. I contacted her directly (recommended by a friend who liked working with her) rather than calling Viking and working with their agents. I have worked closely with Sharon to complete airlines reservations. I liked having a single point of contact. She represented us with the Vikings to get the flights we wanted. There were a lot of emails to finally get what we wanted. She never lost her patience and always acted in a very professional manor. I would definitely use Sharon Smith for future cruises. Now I hope the Vikings River Cruise is also a wonderful experience!

My husband suit was missing on the ship. My personal things were missing. Very poor room service. We were treated badly and that is unacceptable.. I also notice incorrect charges is put on my Amex card. I will never go on Celebrity Constellation again. I will make sure that we share our experience with friends and family. I will Even go to the media if we do not recover all our missing things back.
