I have booked several cruises with Cruise.com. It is so easy and the client specialists work with you every step of the way to make your cruise an enjoyable vacation. I also like that they offer a discount on the excursions. They offer more than any other company that I am aware of.

cruise.com listed a cruise that was available on many other providers (the cruise line itself, Expedia, and other travel sites). I chose to book on cruise.com because it said that a $75 on-board credit was available. After I booked on cruise.com, I found out that the credit is only available IF enough people purchase, which is not currently true. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have booked through another provider, given that, for example, Expedia offered a $50 bonus for booking with Mastercard.

I've booked several cruises through cruise.com and have received a great price and service every time. This time I had more interaction with customer service. After working with many companies' poor customer service over the years, it was nice to work with someone who was friendly, professional, and not working off a script. Dealing with Kelly Williams was a very pleasant experience. She was extremely patient when we talked to her multiple times about our cruise. I would definitely attempt to work with her again when booking my next cruise.

I would have given your co. a 5 star review but I felt I was mistreated by your staff in the payments dept twice in one day. Their attitude was unhelpful and ending up putting me on hold for 50 mins without checking back with me once. I was considering never using your company again but felt I should report these incidents to someone in Supervision which I did. Also someone else in the customer service dept easily and quickly responded to my concerns. It really goes to show one bad apple can ruin all the good the rest of your employees were trying to do. Luckily, everyone else in your company successfully resolved my problems. I reported my problem to Melvis who said she will look into the problem. I believe the employee who helped me was Carmen who was an absolute gem.

This is the fifth or sixth booking that we have made on cruise.com, and we keep coming back because of their great service. The representatives are always helpful and efficient too. We can be sure that we are getting a competitive price and cruise.com will go to bat for us if the price should drop or if more perks are added later. I would highly recommend cruise.com.
