Since mid-December, I have been trying to order 2 custom length cords, each with an in-line switch. I initially messaged them through their contact page and have since sent 2 or 3 emails and left 4 phone call messages - all asking for a return call or email. As of this day (Jan.13), I have received no contact from them. Note: Respecting that they might be away, I did not attempt to contact them over Christmas week, resuming only well after January 1st. There is no banner at their site to indicated they are out on vacation or for illness, nor any indication that they have altogether shuttered the business. After having good experiences with them over the years, I am puzzled by this new miserable customer service.

Exactly what I needed to hang a corded light
Purchased black cloth cable to replace and extend the length of cable on my contemporary pendant fixture. It was a perfect match! Delivery and communication were perfect! I will be ordering other items in the future.

We finally got the lights up, and it is a perfect touch of outdoors in our solar space. We wanted the addition to hold plants and feel like an outside porch, but completely enclosed because we live in a place where the plants can't be outside in the winter.
Light Bulbs are beautiful! They arrived in perfect condition. A bit pricy, but they are designer bulbs, and some of them can't be found anywhere else online. Glad I gave this shop a chance, as I had never heard of Creative Cables before, and I'm cautious about trusting unknown web stores. I will order again.
