Ordered a 12ft long cable and was only sent a little over 113”. I know that it isn’t a big order, but I hopefully have enough cable. Was counting on have about six feet per light to play with.

I asked for a return authorization -for two items that didn’t work for my application, more than a week ago, but still haven’t received a response at all. I also left a phone message today, addressing another unrelated issue as well, and I haven’t heard back either.
Our delivery went missing. I have called and emailed to try to re-fulfill the order and all attempts have gone unanswered. Next step is to dispute with the CC since we can’t even get customer service to respond to order more.

Mostly it was ok. But I only got half of the parts I ordered. A note was in the box saying some was on back order and would be shipped in few days. It has been Almost two months now……(edit)came home same day to find these parts in my mailbox so I changed review to 5 stars.
Cover plate was great but did not include brackets needed to mount in a normal orientation, only 45 degree offset

Creative Cables was the only North American source I could find for the type of "swag hook" I needed. We needed to swag George Nelson Bubble Light and we wanted something that looked modern and also provided tension relief on the cable. Even though it is listed as a "hook" it is actually more of a "tube" that the cable passes through and a set screw. Only ordered one, but they sent me an extra free of charge.
