This was my first time building lights from scratch. I had some learning curves, but Jami responded quickly to my email with questions. In the end I was able to get the exact lights I wanted in my bedroom. Assembly was simple and their online tutorials were helpful in how to assemble a pendant light.

I'm an idiot. Bought a pendant but store lost the canopy to attach to ceiling. After internet search this company was only one with proper size and copper finish. It arrived white which was a finish offered as well. Luckily they have human phone support who advised the copper finish has tightly adherent white film that must be peeled off. Saved returning etc and great quality product.
Great service and product! The mounting piece we ordered was back-ordered, but it did not take long to come in and we were super pleased with the quality of that and the cables. The sleek hooks for hanging the wires made for a very professional look. Our dining table light fixture turned out great and I would gladly order again if I ever need more pendant lights.
I had a design idea for a recent lighting project and went searching online, hoping to find the perfect solutions to bring the design to reality. I needed to drop 24 pendant lights from 3 ceiling boxes and was looking for clean, simple, elegant ways to accomplish it. I found what I thought would work at Creative Cables but needed someone to talk me through a couple of details so I called and from that point on, Jami became the perfect resource to help me complete the project. The porcelain sockets were perfect and beautifully made, the cloth covered 18/3 cable was very supple and drapes wonderfully. And the 8-Hole Ceiling Canopy was the ideal way to distribute the wiring that would drop from the perfect swag hooks. Even when I didn't order quite enough cable, Jami rushed out what I needed and the project was completed and actually looks exactly as I had imagined. I've not seen the unique products / design solutions anywhere but through Creative Cables and am super thankful to have found them. Can't wait for my next project! David

The switches are really nice looking but not enough information was available on the website to make sure they would function the way I needed them to. I am not an expert electrician but have been building and wiring LED lights for a while. I have never had as much trouble with switches as I did with the 2 dimmer switches I ordered. I have not been able to make either of them work. They seem to require 110-120V, but would not dim at all when wired ahead of the driver/transformer. Placing the switches after a driver/transformer, which was my intention, did not produce any working results at all.
It was exactly what I was looking for and I was able to make the cord the length that I needed instead of a cord that was either to short or to long. The color matched the fixture perfectly.
