I have been dealing with CPAP for a few years and have had no complaints. Items ordered are shipped in a timely manner and they have a wide selection.

Don't need insurance to get good supplies at reasonable prices!

My husband's VA prescription for cpap supplies had expired and we were getting ready to travel for a couple of months. He only needed nose pillows, but the VA said he would have to participate in a new sleep study in order to renew the prescription. Since we were going to be on the road and wouldn't return for a couple of months he couldn't get an appointment in time. He tried CPAP Supply USA and they were able to send the nose pillows in time. They arrived the afternoon before we left (only two days from the date we ordered to receipt!) We are both thankful and very impressed with the quality of the nose pillows and expediency of the shipping. Great company, great product, reasonable prices and fast shipping - will definitely order from them again!

They not only went above and beyond to call the manufacture to make sure a product worked with my husband's cpap mask, but they also kept in touch and kept me in the loop on the doctor dragging feet to get the prescription...they kept calling the doc until they got the prescription needed.

I have still not received my supplies. I order and faced and emailed my prescriptions several times and still no supplies

Lack of customer service. Received new CPAP machine and it is defective and whistles when I exhale. Have attempted to contact, by e-mail and phone, CPAP Supply to resolve the issue, but have gotten no response from them. I have ordered numerous supplies and machines over the years from CPAP Supply, but never had any reason to contact them regarding a return of equipment or supplies. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and will look for another company to do business with.

I've dealt with two different CPAP supply companies. The other company was more responsive, helped me find solutions for red tape issues and got me the product in a timely fashion. They went out of their way to assist me. Not so CPAP Supply USA.

I placed an order and waited and waited and when it did not show I called only to be told that it was on back order. I said that I only ordered when needed and I needed the order. I was told that they had an exact like I ordered just a different brand so I agreed but when I received the order it was not the same very poor quality did not last long very disappointed will not order from them again
