Was told there would be no charge, there always is. Hoses have been subpar, some are even cracked. Got the wrong size nosepiece.
Quick and way cheaper than anywhere else. Other sites make it seem like they are charging more because of the adapter that has the clips to hook to battery yet it was included with my order. CPAP Supply should show that as it is a good selling point.

The service and products are easy to pick and choose online. That is why I have used CPAP Supply USA for my last several purchases. The loyalty points program, which is not my primary concern didn't work on the website. I had a problem with trying to apply loyalty points. The loyalty points would not lower the price of my purchase and when I went back to try again the loyalty points were gone!
