CPAP equipment Everything is as ordered. Only problem was essential oils. They do not have enough oil in them. Watered down version. I purchased the kit and was not happy with it at all. Will not buy again.

Would recommend withou reservation. I odered twice, didn't know what I was doing, their lady rep helped me out and I received my order very promptly, with notification that it was shipped. I'm about to make a third order with a required rx A.L. Oehler, Rider Ridge, La.

Call was Ok, but you people allowed my credit information to be hacked. This is in-excusable with someone in business. You have poor business judgement and only make changes AFTER a violation has happened.

Found the right mask on their website and it was delivered in a timely fashion. Be sure you know what you are ordering as opened products are hard to return.

Very rude customer service on the phone. Sales person kept taking over me,telling me I put the mask together wrong when I told her it was leaking excessively. She said I could return it but I wouldn't get a refund until their company sent it back to the supplier to see if it was defective. She also sold me the entire mask around $150 when I kept telling her all I needed was the pillow that went inside of the mask. I had to keep repeating the credit card number and she told me I needed to slow down. I placed the order the promptly cancelled it after 8 hung up. The quality of the Res Med mask was not up to my expectations. Extremely thin pillow which I attribute to the leaking problem. I ordered another pillow and I have the same problem.
