The product is fine but the reality is that it is beard dye and one can only use it once, according to your instructions, which makes it very expensive and far too much product. I would recommend finding a way to allow users to use the product more than one.

I purchased the beard kit as a gift for friend. Delivery to Portugal took a bit longer than it was indicated on the website. But the quality and packing is amazing! Very stylish black box, the beard is getting really moisturized and straight after the few applies. And QR code with a guide is very useful. My friend is happy so do I :)

When I checked my shipment it says “ The shipment item is in customs clearance and there is no estimated delivery time yet.” No one from Copenhagen Grooming contacted me to provide support or share an estimated receiving date. UPDATE: I received my product, the outer box was a little worn out but the inner packaging and products inside were intact. I was worried when I checked the shipment status and it said "Stopped" with no ETA. I got prompt support from CG team. I am updating my review to 4 stars from 1 star. I would still prefer CG to have an alarm mechanism and informed me instead of me finding my shipment stuck at Customs.

Ordered the "beard growing kit" - the customer service is great, the delivery was very fast, and the products and packaging are really nice. I ordered on the 26th of December and received it on the 3rd January. There was a slight issue with the original tracking link but the customer service responded immediately, sending me a new link and were very polite and nice to deal with. As for the kit itself, "the sidekick" is essentially a multivitamin in my book so it will go nicely with a good diet, the other products are nice too. I particularly like the cleanser, its a really nice product and has a nice scent. It's too early to be tell if the "activator" works but it's also a nice product to use, I have one or two patches so it'll be interesting to see if it does work. The only thing I didn't like was the balm, it's my first time using balm but it's kind of like using a wax on your face, it helps cover patches and keep rogue hairs down but is sticky when you touch your face through out the day - it's probably meant to be like this, I'm just not used to that on my face. It's too early to review the products accurately but so far I'm liking them.

Always saw advertisements about them on Snapchat, however, due to me having bad experiences with certain Social Media advertisements, the professionalism and actual care which Copenhagen Grooming’s customer service demonstrated really was nothing like i’ve ever seen before.
