The service is excellent and timely from start to finish. The product is great as it doesn't have a high fragrance level which can affect/irritate eyes which is a big plus for me. My only negative and it's a minor one, is that you can't get the products (the oil in particular) in a larger format, it would reduce waste alone and would be better for oversees purchasers like myself. One other thing, the pumps are not always the best and generally have to be held upright to work currently. Regards, Stephen Towers.

I paid 150 for a hair roller and cremes, an got charged nearly 40pounds to receive it my end in shipping fees, why wasn't this stated b4 I bought the product, I would of shopped elsewhere, it's robbery in my eyes, I don't even want it now, but prob cost me double to send it back

The item didn’t arrive in time, I was purchasing for a friend, and now it arrived but I’ve left. Two weeks to deliver and now I’m the one that’s going to lose $100

Shipping said 2-4 days but actually took more than 7 business day, however the product was great. Would recommend!

Packaging was brilliant and easy QR code within to take you to a YouTube video with directions for use. The products are great also. The cruise control beard balm is also excellent as a hair styling product.

Been over 12 days since my order, not received it yet

I placed an order couple of weeks ago, but I somehow forgot to put my house number on the address label so the package never arrived. After 5 working days I contacted Copenhagen Grooming and told them what happend. I got told to wait 2 more days and contacted them again after since it did not arrive. Only than I got told that I did not put my house number. Luckily the service was good and I got sent another one and after 2 days it arrived. After 3 months of use, I for sure will update my review about the product itself. I wished that I got notified before hand that I did not put my house number
