The packaging was horrible, some of the packets were open too, when the main box (which was damaged) was unpacked). Delivery was quick considering it came from Denmark. Overall product I can’t say, as it’s just been 1 week since I’ve started using it. Hopefully it will work👍

What I love the most is without a doubt the unparalleled customer support via the chat on the website. They are quick to answer all your questions with concise answer and they're super nice and encouraging. The before/after pictures on the website was also a leading factor why it convinced me to buy their products.

Ordered on a Monday, 19 Feb 23 and up until today no word as to when my ordered was going to be dispatched. Contacted them via email as to when it was going out and no sensible reply. Will not order again from Copenhagen Grooming again.

I came home to my parcel after work and found it on the bench next to the front door. When I saw my parcel I was extremely disappointed in the state I had found it. It looks like the box had been tampered with and items are missing. My personal details were stuck directly on the box and there is no way I’m able to give it as a gift anymore. I was shocked to see that the box my delivery came in was not properly packaged. This was not cheap and I was expecting much better. I have photo evidence of the parcel and would like to request a refund or replacement.

A fantastic company with fantastic products. I recommend all the products to anyone in need of skin and beard care. I use the products every day. My beard has never looked and felt better. Very practical, nicely lays in hand, precise and sharp

It’s a good product, but it can’t cure all baldness unfortunately. It works fine on my cheeks, but under my chin it doesn’t work. I use the kit with the roller and I have the sidekick pills and the activator pen. I will still continue to use, and hopefully it will grow on my chin someday

What I really love from this company is the amazing customer support, any questions you have they have an answer for you and are quick to answer. The products themselves are very good quality and would recommend to anybody looking to buy.

Mal olor en los productos. No es agradable ponerse los productos a excepción del shampoo para la barba. Seria mas agradable si los productos tubieran un aroma cítrico, herbal o amaderado.

Copenhagen Grooming sent me really high quality products. I have only tried a few of them and only time will tell if they are useful, but so far I am delighted.
