Stay Away!! Save your hard earned money from this company which dumps defective devices (previously returned phones from other buyers are just dumped!! But company claimed Not used, Not second hand, Not refurbished phones! ) This deceitful company violated Trustpilot policies and sent messages that they will give Earphones in exchange if review is added and screenshot is provided, thus they are luring customers to post positive reviews and is the reason for many biased positive reviews impacting unsuspecting buyers! The phone is DEFECTIVE and Defect is seen within hours of delivery but still Controlz company is NOT refunding and take the defective overheating device back. Still struggling to get REFUND from this unprofessional evasive company. Selling defective devices is Restricted trade practice in India, this company repeatedly did that dangerous practice! It did So even after multiple emails to please confirm the functionality of devices before shipping!! All evidence is available and will be provided to truspilot. Highly deceitful company, It Claimed "Not used, not refurbished, not second hand" phone, claimed "Just like New" (can be seen in their website at the time of writing this review), In phone call , customer care said No issue, no defect in phone (software+hardware) But after purchase, they sent Dangerous Defective Overheating battery phone! Software repeatedly warned overheating battery and turned off features like Wifi even when just wifi tethering was On and connected to Laptop via Usb! But this untrustworthy company did Not REFUND! Some thug joined phone call and harassed angrily declaring they are not manufacturer of phone, why are you trying to check phone specifications!! So that rude person/company view appears they could dump defective discarded pieces after taking hard earned money from consumers and even deny their responsibility! Many instances of data is available, this company's customer care followed up with sweet promises till purchase is made and they are not providing resolution anymore. When email is sent, they donot even write a reply for many days! And when they do, they did not respond to the problem at all. Only god can help us from this company that takes buyers for a ride and lets them down with defective phones! How this company is even operating with these false claims is beyond us
