I Purchased an iPhone 11 from ControlZ on the 19th.April 2024 for a sum of Rs. 20,839.96. ( ORDER # 4828309261) I received the phone in perfect condition three days after ordering. But after three weeks of light use, the battery stopped working. I am a light user and I do not play games either. I tried to contact ControlZ through WhatsApp and emailed asking for a solution. But I did not get any help. There was no reply to my email, neither was the person on the WhatsApp chat friendly enough to provide me with a solution. I was given a warranty for 18 months by this company. But they failed to meet that warranty. I bought this Phone after reading all the positive reviews, but I am now totally disappointed. I would like to ask future buyers to carefully think before purchasing a secondhand phone, because I have wasted my hard-earned money and I do not want someone else to become a victim like me.
