While the product is good, one who uses UPI payment apps should never buy iPhone 7 or other IOS devices below IOS 17 as UPI payment is not allowed below IOS 17. This is nowhere mentioned in the Controlz website. I have purchased and now the device is of no use to me. Kindly don't do this mistake.

Dear Controlz Team, I am totally dissatisfied with your service. First I ordered I phone 8 from controlz, it's having sim card not working and heating issue. Then I get replacement of I phone 8. Only 6-7 days phone working okay, but after 7 days, I am not able to listen calls clearly while calling anyone. This is totally unacceptable. Please arrange to replacement of my phone OR refund my money on top priority.
control z service is very bade, and iPhone is not good. i have purchase on 26 April 2024 but many issue in iphone 11 but hanging problem, device issue, Did this tons of times and my devices is getting freeze randomly I had purchased the phone for use or just for doing number of hard reset to it, devices cause this device is getting freeze after few days. I guess I had paid for the value but from your side what I m getting just general forces restart methods or even after sending the device for proper a check up you guys just factory restore it and sent it back to me. " so this product is not good and not proper service very bade.
