Excellent service. Not only did they arrive on time and instal the new vertical blind rail but they installed blinds themselves, inserted the weights and connected up the links. Saving my husband a great deal of grovelling on the floor! THANK YOU . Will definitely use this company again !
Overall Concorde are a solid supplier. The range of products is vast. They want to fulfil the customers desires. They have great electric and smart options. The quality of product is good too. I think sometimes communication can be better. It feels like a disconnect between sales and fitting. I wonder whether a feasibility of fitting from a fitter would improve experience. Sometimes this lack of connection means jobs and outcomes are not always utopia.
Quality & service great, one of the windows was not measured correctly so unable to fit that blind with the others, but new blinds were ordered & fitted the following week & an email to apologise for the error. Would definitely use again.

Pleasant experience from the beginning, all staff helpful and willing. Unbelievable amount of swatches to choose from, samples to take home to see in situ. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Took a Roman blind in thinking it would need an expensive repair as the tape on the reverse had broken. They took the blind out the back whilst I waited and moved the cord along the blind to an unbroken piece of tap. They didn't charge me anything and did it whilst I waited. They have made all my blinds over the years and always do a superb job and I have personally found the quality is far superior to anything you can buy online.
