I simply love my new shutters, installed between my kitchen/dining room and conservatory; they look stylish and serve the purpose beautifully. Kieren, Liam and the team have been absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Their communication has been great and have kept us informed of when we would be fitted and changes to fitting due to Covid in a timely manner. They have fitted our whole house with blinds and we are very pleased with them. We had a slight problem with two blinds and when we emailed them about it, they came out that morning to fix it. Sometimes you get small problems, and I was really impressed with their swift reply and fixing of the issue. Would thoroughly recommend Concorde Blinds to anyone.

Concorde blinds were helpful during the selection process. Our blinds were delivered in a very reasonable timescale despite the COVID-19 challenges. They were fitted for us and we are very pleased with them.
I ordered 3 sets of shutters and a Venetian blind for a renovation project. From start to finish the service has been great. The original consultation made it clear what options were available to me and the staff were able to give advice on which options would work well in the space. The order was placed at the start of Covid19 Lockdown and throughout communication was good so I always knew what was going on. The shutters were delivered and fitted in the timescales given when the order was placed. The fitting was really quick and the finish is really top notch. I've been very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Concorde to anyone looking for a good value product and a professional service.

The decision to purchase from Concorde this time was based on the great products and personal and friendly service that we experienced 18 months ago as part of our kitchen and bathroom upgrade. We placed the current order and paid a 50% deposit in January this year for shutters, including installation, for the windows at the front of our house. Unfortunately the Covid19 lockdown intervened. Not surprisingly we were concerned about our deposit in view of the impact of the virus on industry generally but regular contact and updates from the original installation date gave us complete reassurance. As soon as the lockdown was eased, a new installation date was agreed. We were provided with comprehensive but sensible instructions on how to prepare for and manage the environment for the fitters and us. As a consequence the work was completed without problems and the work areas were left spotlessly clean by the fitters. The workmanship was excellent and the shutters look superb. We would not hesitate to recommend Concorde.
I was recommended Concorde Blinds by my new homes builder and am so glad they did! I have had a fantastic experience from start to finish and had the pleasure of dealing with one of the owners (Kieren). He was very accommodating from the start and managed to fit all blinds before the lockdown. I have a slight issue with one blind which he has very kindly agreed to sort out ASAP once the lockdown is lifted. We will be returning to get some curtains installed in the future. Would 100% recommend.
Concorde have been amazing from start to finish! Our blinds are perfect. Customer service was amazing, they were very patience with us when we didn't know what we wanted and kept changing our minds! So glad we used them for all our downstairs windows, we will definitely have them back to do the upstairs windows

Have recently ordered blinds for four windows all fitted. What a lovely friendly bunch of people, this goes for the staff in their offices who provided the quote, the lovely (Libby I think) who came to measure our windows and Liam the fitter. Concorde Blinds, are totally professional, and nothing is too much trouble. The advice and patience with choosing my shutters, down to the detail of fitting temporary blinds whilst they were being made. The fitters were marvelous & tidy.
