The fitters Darren and Matt were fabulous. Arrived on time following a courtesy phone call to say they were on their way, respected our property by covering shoes and using dust sheets, tidied up impeccably and took all packaging away and as for the fitting and finished result- fabulous. Would recommend Concorde as 1 window was problematic but they found a solution. Well done

Efficient service and good quality product
This my second order from Concorde Blinds using a huge pair of newish curtains which were made into two Roman blinds and one smaller set of curtains. They did a lovely job on time and with excellent communication. Don’t go anywhere else!!

Concord blinds fitted all the blinds in my house 8 years ago hence a pleasured customer returning a second time for all things blinds especially the shutters are absolutely stunning It was a wonderful experience from start to finish
We had 5 bloc blinds installed by Concorde blinds and we are very happy with these. We also had 2 roller blinds installed, the fabric on both blinds (different fabrics) have frayed on the right hand side after about a year of use. It does not look good. When we queried this with the company, they said they could not find the cause of the damage (I presume it must be the quality of the fabric or the installation/ rolling mechanism). The blinds were not cheap so this is very disappointing. Concorde blind has asked us for more money (£200) to replace the fabrics, on the basis that we are outside the warranty period. We will be using a different company as this should not happen after a year of use. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience. We have never had issues with blinds fraying from other companies used.

After phoning Concorde Blinds for an appointment, we visited their site and were warmly welcomed. After explaining our needs we were offered several sample books and shown working examples of blackout blinds and rollers. The invoice we had originally drafted was changed with no fuss and a laugh. We were then visited a couple of days later to insure the measurements were correct and then a couple of weeks later the lads came around and efficiently and cleanly, fitted all the order in no time at all. We are very happy with the products and fitting and would not hesitate to recommend this family business to all.
