I went with Concorde Blinds because it had a good score on Trust Pilot and because it was the only curtain company I contacted which was prepared to make curtains for me using a fabric which I purchased elsewhere. I wasn't disappointed. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, sending confirmation when they had received my fabric from the supplier. And when the curtains arrived, they were absolutely beautiful - the perfect length to meet the windowsill and absolutely flawless. I would recommend them 100%.
Office staff were polite and friendly. Margaret who visited the house and measured was friendly and helpful with advice and answered questions. Liam, who fitted the blinds, was polite, friendly and made no mess. I was very fortunate to have a fitting slot where a customer had delayed, but even so, from order to delivery was just one week. We had blackout vertical blinds fitted on 22nd Sept.2022.Not pleased at all. The slats are too short, you can see through the slats whwn closed, Light comes through sides and bottom. would not recommmend this company

I feel the quality of the Dutch blinds is not as good as the last blinds we had from you. There does not seem to be the substance in them. I think there was an extra framework in the last blind. I hope the measurements were the same as the light seems to come further into the lounge. Also I thought you would take the old blinds away. However I am not too dissatisfied and they look smart and most of all clean!
I saw the guys fitting blinds in an apartment downstairs, called the office to book a quote visit - the lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. Kieron came within an hour or so. The order was ready in a week and Liam booked in to come in a few days. He was polite, clean and efficient installing the blinds around my whole flat within just a couple of hours if that. Fantastic company and staff, I couldn't have dreamed of such a responsive service and love the finishes of the different colours I picked and how they match the different rooms. Price was great too. I highly recommend the whole team.

Good value for money product and service that we would use again
Very helpful sales person and extremely considerate fitter. He had to come back to finish the job when a leaking gutter meant rain was pouring down one wall of the conservatory. However, a new appoint was scheduled very quickly and the job was completed to my Mums satisfaction. The blinds look great!
Assumed a motorised roof lantern blind was quite specialist (and maybe it is?) so went to the top of Google instead of to a local independent. Soon realised my mistake, spoke to Concorde and got a reasonable indicative quote the same day. A few days later a visit to the house, measurements & samples, a revised quote the same day and fitted a few weeks later. Long story short very pleased with the result and they’ll be my first (only) call next time we need blinds.
The service and support from Kieren, Liam and the team was fabulous. All advice and suggestions were relevant. We appreciated their flexibility around fitting dates. All of the blinds and shutters look lovely and as anticipated. Being able to support a local business was very important to us.
